Recipe: Sweet potato and cream pasta


Ingredients

1 package pasta - bow ties at Overfield, contact or Fusilli
1 large onion, finely chopped
Olive oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
1 each cream for cooking
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Heat a little olive oil In a large skillet and saute the onion. When onionbecomes transparent Mo thresholds the sweet potato cubes, garlic androsemary. Stir fry. It's time to put the pasta pot.

2. After about 5 minutes Sweet potatoes should be soft enough already (not too much). Add cream and boil all heavy. Add salt and pepper, taste and adjust.

Recipe: Grilled Salmon

Ingredients  

    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Shiraz wine
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 teaspoon lemon pepper
    2 pounds salmon fillets
    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    1/2 cup hot water
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons cold water


Directions

In a large bowl mix the brown sugar in boiling water until dissolved completely.Pour into a resealable bag, mix soy sauce, wine, olive oil, lemon, garlic andpepper. Place salmon in bag, seal, and ret 9 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat very much.  
Lightly oil grill grate. Reservations, marinade place salmon on the grill, and cook for 5-8 minutes on each side, or until the peels off easily with a fork.
Transfer reserved marinade in a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Bring the marinade to a boil, and stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken.Serve the salmon or the side as dipping sauce.

You can add: Tomato Salsa, Avocado and Lemon.

Recipe: White chocolate brownies


Ingredients

500g white chocolate, chopped
75g soft butter
3 eggs
170 g sugar
180g self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
180g roasted hazelnuts, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A rectangular pattern size 27 cm x 17 cm


Directions

1. Ann Marie (a bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water and chocolate in it), Melt 100g white chocolate with the butter.

2. A mixer, blend the eggs with sugar until mixture is pale and puffy.

3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

4. Add the egg mixture, melted chocolate, add flour and salt, and mix together.

5. Fold the remaining chopped chocolate and nuts into the mixture and add vanilla extract.

6. Pour into pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes.

Shrimp with garlic and lemon in the oven


Ingredients

3 / 4 cup olive oil
12 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
700 grams shrimp

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius.

2. Mix all ingredients except shrimp to heat resistant. Add the prawns and put aside for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3. Bake 15 minutes. Remove and transfer to a bowl with the sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.

Sauce:
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or less)
4 heaping tablespoons ketchup
A little cayenne pepper (chili, if desired)
 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to the highest.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly browned the garlic, ginger and onion. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.

3. Place the wings in roasting. Pour the sauce on them and turn them inside a few times to watch
them carefully. Sprinkle the wings. The bread crumbs and bake 15 minutes until browned.

Ingredients

500g beef sirloin, or fillet Hmpf
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
Four teeth chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry or dry white wine
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tsp oil for frying
Half iceberg lettuce (iceberg) or Chinese cabbage leaves
1 teaspoon Chinese sesame oil

Directions

1. Slice the beef into thin slices or large (about 4 cm long, 2 cm wide). Mix with ginger garlic and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

2. Cape separate bowl mix soy, chili sauce, sherry, sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

3. Heat the wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil and toss in the meat until it changes color. Add the chili mixture and soy sauce pan, stir fry until the meat is browned.

Ingredients
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 cup Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cream of tartar
½ tsp Baking soda
1 Tbsp Hot water

Directions
Beat egg and sugar together.
Sift in flour and cream of tartar adding the milk alternately.
Melt butter and hot water together then microwave till boiling
When the butter boiling, add the baking soda and stir in. Add the rest of the mixture.
Detectives to get a golden color on both sides

Recipe: Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Today I want to present to you a recipe for and Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers, great recipe!

Ingredients

1 / 3 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano
3 / 4 teaspoon seasoning liquid red-pepper
1 pound chicken breast halves, boneless
3 / 4 cup cracker crumbs no-fat
1 teaspoon paprika

 Directions

Stir together buttermilk, garlic and red-pepper seasoning in large bowl.

Add chicken:
toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Prepare Coating:
combine cracker crumbs, paprika, salt and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese in pie plate.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with nonstick spray.
Drain chicken, dip in coating, tossing to coat, arrange on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
To serve: bake chicken in preheated 460 degree F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Lasagna recipe

 Ingredients
250g lasagne sheets1 onion4 garlic clovesOlive oil1 bay leaf600g minced meat1 kg ripe tomatoes3 garlic clovesFresh basilSaltBlack pepper1 / 2 cup grated parmesan cheeseTomato sauce;Ground black pepperSome sugar2 tablespoons olive oilSauce:60g butter60 g flourSaltWhite pepper1 liter milk.

Directions

1. Finely chop the onion and saute in a little oil, plus a bay leaf, over low heat, until onion is transparent. Add ground beef, garlic cloves, finely, chopped basil, salt and pepper and saute over high heat, stirring, until meat is browned. Remove the bay leaf and let cool.

2. Sharp knife to remove the spikes of the tomatoes and cut sign of X at the bottom. Blanch 10 seconds in boiling water and peel under cold water. Traversing across and remove the seeds.

3. Chop the tomatoes and place in large saucepan. Add thin slices of garlic cloves, basil, black pepper, a little sugar and salt, and cook over medium heat, uncovered, until most of water evaporates and the mixture is too thick. Add oil - olive.
