Recipe: Spicy fried beef

Amazing recipe: spicy fried beef

Ingredients

500g beef sirloin, or fillet Hmpf
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
Four teeth chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry or dry white wine
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tsp oil for frying
Half iceberg lettuce (iceberg) or Chinese cabbage leaves
1 teaspoon Chinese sesame oil

Directions

1. Slice the beef into thin slices or large (about 4 cm long, 2 cm wide). Mix with ginger garlic and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

2. Cape separate bowl mix soy, chili sauce, sherry, sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

3. Heat the wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil and toss in the meat until it changes color. Add the chili mixture and soy sauce pan, stir fry until the meat is browned.

4. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Wipe and clean the wok with a towel
Paper.

5. Cut the lettuce or Chinese cabbage bits wide (not finely). Heat tablespoon oil in wok and stir-fry just until the leaves green color strengthening. Sprinkle sesame oil over them.

6. Transfer to a serving dish and place the meat and sauce over them. Serve immediately.
