Ingredients
1 Portobello mushroom slice basket
A basket of shitake mushroom slice
3 cloves crushed garlic
200 g butter
3 tablespoons oil
A cream
1 / 2 cup red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Directions
Skillet heat the oil and butter and put two steaks in each round. Fry each side for about 5 min. Move the steaks a baking pan and Bake at 200 degrees about 10minutes. Pan with butter add the mushrooms and fry until brown, add the garlicand spices and mix, add the wine and cook about 3 minutes. Add the cream, stirand cook until certification. Arrange on plates the steaks, add the mushrooms toa plate and pour sauce over steaks and serve.
