Ingredients
16 fresh chicken wings
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or less)
4 heaping tablespoons ketchup
A little cayenne pepper (chili, if desired)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to the highest.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly browned the garlic, ginger and onion. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.
3. Place the wings in roasting. Pour the sauce on them and turn them inside a few times to watch them carefully. Sprinkle the wings. The bread crumbs and bake 15 minutes until browned.
