Recipe: Grilled Salmon

Ingredients  

    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Shiraz wine
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 teaspoon lemon pepper
    2 pounds salmon fillets
    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    1/2 cup hot water
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons cold water


Directions

In a large bowl mix the brown sugar in boiling water until dissolved completely.Pour into a resealable bag, mix soy sauce, wine, olive oil, lemon, garlic andpepper. Place salmon in bag, seal, and ret 9 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat very much.  
Lightly oil grill grate. Reservations, marinade place salmon on the grill, and cook for 5-8 minutes on each side, or until the peels off easily with a fork.
Transfer reserved marinade in a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Bring the marinade to a boil, and stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken.Serve the salmon or the side as dipping sauce.

You can add: Tomato Salsa, Avocado and Lemon.

Shrimp with garlic and lemon in the oven


Ingredients

3 / 4 cup olive oil
12 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
700 grams shrimp

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius.

2. Mix all ingredients except shrimp to heat resistant. Add the prawns and put aside for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3. Bake 15 minutes. Remove and transfer to a bowl with the sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.

Ingredients

16 fresh chicken wings
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or less)
4 heaping tablespoons ketchup
A little cayenne pepper (chili, if desired)
 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to the highest.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly browned the garlic, ginger and onion. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.

3. Place the wings in roasting. Pour the sauce on them and turn them inside a few times to watch
them carefully. Sprinkle the wings. The bread crumbs and bake 15 minutes until browned.

Pikelets Recipe - Recommended!

This is a great pikelets recipe, I like it!

Ingredients
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 cup Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cream of tartar
½ tsp Baking soda
1 Tbsp Hot water

Directions
Beat egg and sugar together.
Sift in flour and cream of tartar adding the milk alternately.
Melt butter and hot water together then microwave till boiling
When the butter boiling, add the baking soda and stir in. Add the rest of the mixture.
Detectives to get a golden color on both sides

Chocolate Chips Cookie recipe!

Today I want to present to you a recipe for and chocolate chip cookies, great recipe!

Ingredients

This recipe for 30 cookies:

125 grams butter
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour (125 grams)
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to medium heat (175 degrees). Line a baking paper.
 
2. Put the butter in mixer bowl, two kinds of sugar, salt, egg and vanilla extract. Beat on high speed about 2 minutes, until mixture clarifies somewhat. In a separate bowlmix the flour and baking soda. Add to batter and mix on low speed until a homogenous mixture is created. Add the chocolate Chi-bar and nuts and mix lightlywith a wooden spoon to dissolve them with the paste. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for about an hour.
 
3. Form the cold dough balls about 2 cm in diameter and arranged in a pattern, at intervals of about 4 cm apart. Store the template for 10 minutes in the freezer.
 
4. Transfer the pan directly into the oven and bake for 10-20 minutes, just untilcookies are golden around the edges (not more, to not have difficulty). Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature and transfer to a sealed storage vessel. Cookies are saved in a week in a cool and dry.
