Recipe: Sweet potato and cream pasta


Ingredients

1 package pasta - bow ties at Overfield, contact or Fusilli
1 large onion, finely chopped
Olive oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
1 each cream for cooking
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Heat a little olive oil In a large skillet and saute the onion. When onionbecomes transparent Mo thresholds the sweet potato cubes, garlic androsemary. Stir fry. It's time to put the pasta pot.

2. After about 5 minutes Sweet potatoes should be soft enough already (not too much). Add cream and boil all heavy. Add salt and pepper, taste and adjust.

3. Drain the pasta, pour the sauce over. Stir and serve.

Recipe: Spicy wings

Recipe: Spicy wings - Amazing recipe!

Ingredients

16 fresh chicken wings
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or less)
4 heaping tablespoons ketchup
A little cayenne pepper (chili, if desired)
 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to the highest.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly browned the garlic, ginger and onion. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.

3. Place the wings in roasting. Pour the sauce on them and turn them inside a few times to watch
them carefully. Sprinkle the wings. The bread crumbs and bake 15 minutes until browned.

Recipe: Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Today I want to present to you a recipe for and Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers, great recipe!

Ingredients

1 / 3 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano
3 / 4 teaspoon seasoning liquid red-pepper
1 pound chicken breast halves, boneless
3 / 4 cup cracker crumbs no-fat
1 teaspoon paprika

 Directions

Stir together buttermilk, garlic and red-pepper seasoning in large bowl.

Add chicken:
toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Prepare Coating:
combine cracker crumbs, paprika, salt and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese in pie plate.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with nonstick spray.
Drain chicken, dip in coating, tossing to coat, arrange on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
To serve: bake chicken in preheated 460 degree F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
